Austin joined NCMA in January 2021 as a neuropsychological technician. In his current role as a neuropsychometrist he administers neuropsychological tests to patients, which are compiled into standardized data and interpreted by a neuropsychologist on the team.

He earned his Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of New Haven and has an extreme curiosity in the field of neurocognitive science. He believes that advances in the field of neurocognitive science are of great benefit to mankind. He plans to use his knowledge of workplace social behavior to strengthen the bond between employer and employee and ultimately improve the workplace experience.
